@RavenSu Spinach Quiche Recipe

1/2 cup butter
1 small onion - chopped
3/8 tsp garlic powder
10 oz box of frozen spinach - thawed and drained
8 oz block of Munster cheese or Swiss cheese - shredded
1 cup milk
4 eggs
dashes of pepper
1 deep dish pie shell or 2 regular sized pie shells

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

In a cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat and saute with garlic powder and onion in butter until lightly browned, about 7 minutes. Stir in spinach and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. Season with pepper. Spoon mixture into 2 pie crusts.

In a bowl, stir together eggs and milk. Season with pepper. Pour into the pastry shells, allowing mixtures to combine.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Swiss cheese, and bake an additional 30 minutes, until set in center. Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
