Ventura Tsunami: Vicious waves struck Ventura, CA

The latest waves to strike a coast were the ones in Ventura County CA on Saturday 2/27/10. The mean wave reportedly were strong enough to destroy many boats which were parked at the docks. Though no injuries were reported, the waves inflicted quite a destruction.

The waves that crashed the Ventura coasts were as long as 3 meters. It struck at around 1:00 pm. NOAA Pacific on saturday 2/27/10.
